Download Core Browser

When crucial updates are made to Core Browser, we may contact users and inform them that they need to update their app to access new functions. Updating your current app version may also fix recurring errors that you are experiencing when using the app.


Note: Users should receive assistance from their system administrator or local IT when downloading apps or performing updates. Your system permissions may block you from downloading Core Browser and you will need the assistance from your local IT to complete the download process. Please do not attempt to download Core Browser without assistance.

If you already have Core Browser installed, you may need to first uninstall the current version before a new version is installed.

To successfully download and use Core Browser, user devices must have one of the below Windows operating system versions:

  • Windows 11
  • Windows Server 2022
  • Windows Server 2019
  • Windows Server 2016
  • Windows Server 2012 R2
  • Windows Server 2012
  • Windows 10
  • Windows 8.1
  • Windows 8
  • Windows 7 SP1


Please follow the below steps to download a new version of Core Browser

By navigating to the TariffTel or SIV website and logging in, users will see the menu options at the top of the page and see the Downloads page:


This page will allow you to see relevant pages.

For suppliers, they may see multiple training videos that explain how the site is used. For non-supplier users, the 'CORE Browser App' will be available:

    Enter your Username and Password (this will be the same information as your Core Browser account).

    Go to the Downloads page.

    Select ‘CORE Browser App’ from the downloads list and CORE Browser will begin to download.

    If your browser then provides you with a form to fill out to confirm the safety of the application, please fill out the form and submit it.

• The app installer should then be found under the 'downloads' folder on your device/file manager.

• Once successfully installed, please log into CORE Browser.



CORE Browser Download errors



After downloading and trying to open the app, the sbove error may appear. This can happen Windows 11 tries to open a downloaded copy or shortcut of the actual app.
