Account Has Expired
This error means that your account has either been disabled due to inactivity, or we have been asked to disable access to your account.
When accounts are disabled due to inactivity, this is an automatic system process. You will receive an email informing you that your account will be disabled on a specified date if not accessed. To prevent this, log into your account before the provided date.
Incorrect Account Details
This error shows when a user enters their password or username incorrectly.
Please raise a request with MyServiceDesk and provide your account username and email address and we can advise if your username is correct, or send you a password reset link so you can gain access.
I can't log in -it says 'App version not recognised' or it says my password or username are incorrect but I know they are right. What should I do?
- In very rare cases, you may be entering the wrong username. If you raise a ticket with MyServiceDesk and provide your email address and the username of your account, we can check if you're entering your username correctly or provide you with a password reset link to change your password.
- If your username is correct, we will send you a password reset link.
- Alternatively, wrong username/password errors can occur if you are trying to access the old decommissioned SIV desktop app (known as SIV2). If this is the case, either ensure you use Core Browser instead or raise a ticket with MyServiceDesk and we can provide download information so your local IT can download Core Browser for you.
